If you change your mind, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.Once we have received the items and inspected them. we will give you a credit voucher that can be used for online purchases only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, that means:
1- Unworn or unused,
2- With tags, and in its original packaging
3- Product(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
4- Items marked as “Clearance” are non-exchangeable and non-returnable
5- Your returned goods must be accompanied by a official Return Authorization Form from us (obtained by contacting customer service: email@example.com)
6- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org including a note with your name, your Order Number and with your courier tracking number/ID for our reference.
Note: Shipping costs will not be refunded by GlowTan and refund will only be via an online credit voucher. The credit voucher can be used for online purchase only.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: Bulk purchases, and clearance items are non-returnable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case:
- You contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the item, citing your order number and identifying the defect
- You return the item within 7 days of contacting us. Items purchased as part of a kit, set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set
We will send you a return label to use in order to return us the defective or incorrect item.
This policy does not apply to change-of-mind returns, or for reasons that the product doesn’t suit your skin tone or similar.
In the rare instance that an item is missing from your order, please contact email@example.com and we will arrange for a replacement for your missing item to be shipped out. In your email please include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- A photo of your package and contents
If you experienced an allergic reaction, please send a detailed description of what occurred along with the pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org to help us find an appropriate solution.
Issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt of item. In certain instances, a medical certificate may be requested to identify if it is the product that caused the allergic reactions.
